Eel lure and rod
Use the Professional Lure ($50) on the long Fishing Rod; Eel and Flying Fish each take 6% of bites.
Keep reeling slowly between bites.
Drip Eel
Drip Eel exists and rolls the base 10% (25% with the Wishbone).
At 6% of bites a drip takes about 167 bites, or 67 with the full Wishbone.
Eel sell price
Eel sells for $280, the same as Sengarat and Red Snapper but much rarer, so do not farm it for money.
