The Seahorse lure is the Standard Lure ($15) on the long Fishing Rod, where it is 4% of bites; it also appears at 1.2% on the Professional Lure.
Stick with the Standard Lure: its share is more than three times higher and the lure is cheaper.
Drip Seahorse
Drip Seahorse exists and is one of the hardest Fishipedia drips: at 4% of bites and a 10% drip roll it takes about 250 bites, around 75 Standard Lures.
Five Wishbone levels (25%) cut that to about 100 bites. It is endangered, so a normal Seahorse also works for the Desert tourist.
Seahorse sell price
Seahorse sells for $100, plus the 1.25x endangered kill-score bonus, and it is the second-best regular sale on the Standard Lure after the Bowlfish.
