Needlefish lure
The Needlefish lure is the pink Standard Lure ($15) on the long Fishing Rod, where it bites on 10.5% of casts.
That makes it the most likely of the Desert's three endangered fish, ahead of Seahorse and Bowlfish at 4% each, so it is usually the one handed to the tourist for the Carrot.
Drip Needlefish
Drip Needlefish exists with the base 10% roll (25% with the Wishbone), and it is endangered, which adds a 1.25x kill-score bonus.
A drip takes about 95 bites, or 38 with the full Wishbone. A drip Needlefish does not satisfy the tourist; give him a normal one.
Needlefish sell price
Needlefish sells for $60 before the endangered bonus. If you catch two, trade one to the tourist and keep the other for cash.
