Goby lure and rod
Use the Beginner Lure ($3) on the long Fishing Rod; Goby shares the 7.7% bite share with Triggerfish and Perch.
Keep reeling slowly while you wait, because a still lure gets fewer bites.
Drip Goby
Drip Goby exists; each hooked Goby rolls the standard 10% (25% with the Wishbone).
At 7.7% of bites that is about 130 bites per drip Goby, 52 with the full Wishbone, so buy the Wishbone before hunting it.
Goby sell price
Goby sells for $12. Its value is the Fishipedia entry and its drip, not the sale.
